Candi Waller is a sports media executive, organizational change consultant, and leadership advisor with experience spanning professional sports media, executive advisory, and large-scale organizational environments.
She is the founder of CWall Sports & Entertainment and CWall Foundation, and currently serves as President of Bowie TV, a broadcast television and digital media platform.
Her leadership experience includes building and guiding media, advisory, and nonprofit organizations focused on sports, leadership, and community impact.
Her professional background includes organizational change management consulting, executive communications, and strategic advisory within complex and high-visibility environments at organizations such as IBM, Deloitte, and The MITRE Corporation.
Her work focuses on helping athletes, executives, and organizations navigate leadership, visibility, and transition with clarity, discipline, and strategic intent.
Candi has degrees from Hampton University (B.A. Psychology), The George Washington University (M.A. Human Resource Development), and a certificate in Sports In Industry Essentials from Columbia University.
